About Epix IPTV
Epix IPTV is a subscription IPTV service. We provide access to live television channels, sports, films and on-demand series over the internet, on the devices people already own. This page explains who we are, how the service works, and what you can expect from us before and after you buy.
What we actually sell
We sell time-limited access to our streaming service. Plans run from one month to three years, and each is available with between one and five simultaneous connections, so a household can watch different things on different screens at once. There are 31 plan combinations in total, listed with their prices on our pricing page.
Every plan carries the same channel lineup, the same on-demand library and the same server capacity. We do not hold back content for higher tiers. The only differences between plans are how long they last and how many devices can stream at the same time.
How we expect you to buy
We would rather you test the service than take our word for it. Every visitor can run a free 24-hour trial on their own connection and their own hardware, with no card details required. The trial uses the same servers and the same channel list as a paid subscription.
IPTV quality depends heavily on your own internet connection and the device you watch on. A service that runs perfectly for one household can stutter in another. Testing first is the only reliable way to know which group you are in, which is why the trial exists and why we point almost every new customer at it.
Devices we support
The service works with IPTV Smarters Pro and equivalent players on Amazon Firestick, Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, iPhone and iPad, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Apple TV, MAG boxes, Enigma2 receivers, and Windows or macOS computers. Step-by-step setup instructions for each are on our installation guides page, and our team keeps those guides updated as the apps change.
Support and how to reach a person
Support is handled by our team over WhatsApp and email, and we answer setup questions as well as billing ones. If a guide on this site no longer matches what you see on your screen, tell us and we will correct it. You can reach us through the contact page.
Terms we hold ourselves to
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When a plan reaches the end of its term, access stops and nothing further is charged unless you choose to buy again. We think silent recurring billing is a poor way to treat customers, so we do not use it.
Refund periods vary by plan length and are set out in full on our refund policy. Our privacy policy covers what we store about you, and our terms of service set out the rules for using the service.
A note on legality
Rules covering IPTV services differ from one country to another. Customers are responsible for knowing what applies where they live. If you are unsure whether a particular service is permitted in your country, check before subscribing rather than after.
